KAPiFrance 125 is planned from Sunday October 20th 2013 6.00PM to Wednesday October 24th 2013 2.00PM.
An optional complementary day till Friday October 25th 2.00PM is proposed on the following subject:
Alternatives techniques for aerial photography such as telescopic poles, multicopters, helium and solar balloons, ...
This supplementary day will be confirmed beginning September 2013 depending how many people are interested in.

The conference will take place at the Lycée Forestier du Haut-Languedoc (forestry high school), 81240 Saint Amans-Soult, 20 km from Labruguière - France, home of Arthur BATUT.
Collective lodging will also be provided in the Lycée Forestier du Haut-Languedoc.

To
be sure the conference will take place in good conditions we need to
limit the maximum number of participants and companions to about 60
people.

KAPiFrance 125 registration's fees include all meals for participants and companions.
Collective lodging can be provided onsite upon reservation. You can also arrange yourself the accommodation in nearby hotels and B&B. Camping-cars can park onsite upon reservation (with electric connection if required).

Technical's presentations, KAP sessions, photographic exhibitions, rig & equipment presentations, exchanges, ... (see the program page for details).
A
complete day will be dedicated to Arthur BATUT and Labruguière, with a
visit of BATUT's museum, walks to the first places photographed by kite
in 1888 and an evening show in the city's theater (with public).

The conference will be held both in French and English with instant translations.

KAPiFrance 125 is open to the Cerf-Volant Club de France's members. It is possible to subscribe to the CVCF while registrating to KAPiFrance 125 (see the Costs page).
Preliminary registration and payment of the registration's fees is mandatory to attend KAPiFrance 125 event (no possible registration during the event).

Registrations fees include the attendances costs to KAPiFrance 125 and all lunches and dinners for the duration of the conference. Collective lodging is provided on registration and includes breakfasts.
The supplementary day and associated activities comes in addition to KAPiFrance 125 registration fees.
