Access to the conferences and to kite aerial photography sessions are reserved to the Cerf-Volant Club de France members.

Persons accompanying a CVCF member benefit from preferential accommodation conditions and are invited to participate to social activities, recreations, tourism and sport offered during the event.

KAPiFrance 125 registrations are still open, few places are available, please register quickly.

Registrations are made for the full duration of the event from Sunday October 20th 2013 to Thursday October 24th 2013 at 14.00

Supplementary day from Thursday October 24th 14.00 to Friday 25th October 2013 is optional.

Please note :

• KAPiFrance 125 registration is confirmed with a first payment of 120€.
• KAPiFrance 125 registration is final once all fees (confirmed by the organization) are paid no later than September 30th 2013

Once registration form is received and verified, the total cost is confirmed with payment instructions.

Payment of the registration fees is possible:

• with French payment cheques
• with bank account transfer

Any cancellation request must be confirmed in written form to KAPiFrance 125 organization members, ideally directly to Jean-Daniel.

In case of cancellation:

• A minimum of 60€ is not refundable
• Cerf-Volant Club de France membership is not refundable

• After October 10th 2013, fess for meals and collective accommodations are not refundable.
